Regular Worship Schedule

Sunday Worship

Our worship is how we explore Christ and our own faith together.  As Anglican Episcopalians, we believe that "praying shapes believing", and it is at worship where we most deeply express who we are and what we believe.  Our basic text for worship is the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer 1979.  We are further shaped by the Anglo-Catholic movement, which restored a deep sense of sacrament , symbol, contemplation, and the experience of Jesus Christ incarnate on the altar and in the faces of the poor to the 19th Century English church.  Added to that is a Celtic flavor derived from the Celtic Christian revival and our exploration of the first centuries of Celtic Christian and monastic experience in the British Isles.

We have three services each Sunday. All are welcome! You are free to take communion or not as your conscience dictates. We welcome all people to the Lord's Table and to our community, no matter who you are, and exactly as you are, with love and respect.

We have parking on the north side of the church. Our building is ADA accessible - the accessible entrance to the sanctuary is through the double doors off the parking lot.

Our 8:00am Spoken Mass is small, intimate, quiet and contemplative. We use the form called "Rite I" in the Book of Common Prayer for this service, featuring older language ("thee's and thou's"). There is no singing or music. We gather in the front part of the church, called the "chancel", and in the first few rows of pews in the main sanctuary area. This is an excellent choice if you like a calm, quiet, and contemplative service.

Our 10:00am Sung High Mass is our larger English language service, full of symbolism, chant, and music led by organ and choir. It's popular with families, and Children's Chapel is often offered during this service. We use the form called "Rite II" in the Book of Common Prayer for this service, which uses modern language versions of the prayers. This is an excellent choice if you like a more festive service, with lots of singing, panoply, and people.

Our final service on Sundays is our 12 noon Misa en Español. This service has a vibrant and growing congregation, mostly of native Spanish speakers, and the entire service, hymns, prayers and sermon are all in Spanish. This is an excellent choice if you would like to attend a service in Spanish, or if you want to join what has become the fastest growing part of our congregation!

On the first Sunday of the month at each service, we celebrate upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occassions, and any alms gathers on these days go directly to the support of the poor. On the fourth Sunday of the month, we offer healing by the laying on of hands and anointing with oil immediately following each service.

Weekday Worship

On Tuesdays at noon we offer a brief Celtic Prayer service, followed by 20 minutes of silent centering prayer. This brief and very quiet service is a perfect way to deepen your prayer life, or just take a break during the middle of the day.

On Wednesdays at noon we offer a Celtic inspired Mass, also followed by 20 minutes of centering prayer.

Special Services

Our Lady of Walsingham : Each fourth Saturday features a 10 AM gathering of the Cell of   Our Lady of Walsingham, and on the following Sunday members of the Cell offer "Angelus" and pray for those who seek healing at the Masses of that day.  Click on the link above for more information.

On various Sundays, feast days, and other occasions, we offer special services, including Table Masses where we have an "agape meal" before the Eucharist, various Celtic Christian services celebrating our patrons St. Brigid and St. Columba, the Patronal Mass for Saints Peter and Paul, outdoor celebrations, foot-washing and a meal on Maundy Thursday, and much else besides.  Check the Upcoming Services page frequently for announcements.
